With over $330 million in sales in 2017, the Heaps Estrin Real Estate Team is #1 in Toronto and #2 in Canada for Royal LePage. A modern refresh was required to evolve the aging brand into one that better aligned with the target audience and the public's expectations of an industry leader.

White was chosen as the primary brand colour, contrasting from hues used by other competitors in the market. With an older customer demographic, simplicity and legibility were key, and an identity system with a minimalist aesthetic was crafted to separate the brand from the busy, everyday hustle.
